About This Course

Throughout history the most influential leaders have utilized self-knowledge tools which have gotten them to the next level of leading. You may be wondering, "What is that tool for me? Does it really make a difference? Should I bring the Enneagram into my organization? If so, what are the outcomes?”

Well, the short answer is yes, you probably should. A great first step is learning what this framework is about and how to apply it. Hundreds of companies around the U.S. and more around the globe are finding that this tool leads to higher workplace satisfaction, productivity, and collaboration. This bears out in our experience where our findings indicate that the Enneagram is the single most beneficial tool for the long-term health of multi-level organizations.

From an organizational perspective, here are the benefits we see from introducing the Enneagram:

  1. Helps you and your team members through conflict
  2. Aids in finding greater meaning and productivity in your work
  3. As a managerial connection point
  4. Breaks leaders beyond their current molds

This short, 50 minute course is built for those new to Enneagram who want to know how to use it effectively, learn what their type is, ways to work effectively with each of nine ennea-types, and an overview of its history and structure.

Note from the Course Facilitator

Ashlee, here. I am the CEO of Sway and Enneagram teacher. I first learned about this tool in 2011, and since then it has been serving me as a powerful resource in my both my personal and professional life. I went on to study at the CP Enneagram Academy and founded the Nine Shapes Project, which is a container to facilitate meaningful conversations.

The Nine Shapes Enneagram

During this course, we use these Nine Shapes as a visual aid to guide us around this personality framework as we explore nine unique types of leadership. The shapes came about as a way to be more curious about ourselves and those around us. Instead of boxing people in based on personality, the diverse shapes invite us to explore the truth that we as humans are all oddly similar and yet starkly different.
